My name is Amy Kessel and I am honored to be the 6th grade teacher at WWA. I believe Woodrow Wilson Academy is a special place and love being a part of the Intermediate Team.

I grew up in the Boston area and attended the University of Colorado where I earned a degree in Microbiology. After graduation, I had the opportunity to be a T.A in undergrad classes and it was there that I discovered my love of teaching.
I am happily married to Jeremy and mom to four former Wildcats/Gators/Buffalos (Jackson, Parker, Logan, & Margot). When I am not teaching, you will find me trail running, crossfitting, and spending time with my family and my cats. I am excited to get to know your student and am looking forward to a fantastic year.
